Dear Parents, Carers and Professionals,

Welcome to the KIDS HUB Directory where we have put together information about some of the key services within (and local to) . The KIDS East and West HUB services provide information and support to parents and carers of disabled children / young people with additional needs aged 0-19 years. As part of our service we have built up information about relevant local organisations, clubs, groups etc and this directory aims to share this with you. Please note that the directory only covers those services we are aware of and that have responded to requests for information: if you know of any other groups who should be included please let us know! We welcome your feedback to help us keep the directory as up-to-date as possible so let us know: • What you like • What needs to be changed • What needs to be added

Remember that the HUBs also send out a fortnightly email with news of any new groups, activities, events etc so just let us know if you would like to receive them.

Finally, the HUBs are here to provide any further information and support so please don’t hesitate to get in touch!
