He is a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking Jeff L. Hildebrand at Rutgers University. He earned a master�s degree in President-Elect industrial administration from Purdue University and a bachelor�s degree in mechanical engineering from Vanderbilt.

He is currently a consultant, author and the Executive-in-Residence for FIS at The Venture Center in Kristina K. Bolhouse Little Rock. In the Executive-in-Residence role, he represents FIS and its banking clients in the President-Nominee selection and mentoring of participating companies with the 12-week residential FIS FinTech Accelerator at the Venture Center.

Always mindful of the of education in business, he has been a state pioneer in a number of efforts to link academia with the business community. He was a founding member of both the Knowledge Based Companies of Arkansas and the Arkansas Society for Computer and Information Dennis R. Hunt Technology. He served for 10 years on the curriculum advisory board of the Computer Information Treasurer-Elect Systems Department of the Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He is an active, 25-year member of the Arkansas Executive Forum and serves as its Associate Director. He is a 2008 inductee of the Arkansas Academy of Computing and a former President. Christopher Robert Bahn Wayne Miller, Executive Director, The Venture Center Public Image Chair Wayne brings over four decades of proven performance in a variety of industries and leadership roles. Miller�s combination of entrepreneurial achievement combined with his �Fortune 100� experience make for an executive who is Natalie Ghidotti comfortable in start-up and mature business environments. Club Director Prior to joining the Venture Center in 2017, Wayne spent two+ years as CEO of a private equity backed medical device manufacturer where his efforts dramatically improved the company�s channel access and sales while simultaneously building an acceleration platform for client companies looking Rocky W Goodman to improve business processes, sales and Club Director methods. Prior to his current role, Wayne worked with two start-up technology companies in the healthcare and Cybersecurity verticals. Wayne was COO of a $45 million dollar transportation and logistics company. With over 1000 Walter D. Miller raised $18 million in venture and developed relationships with some of the premier media companies in the world including Scripts, Nathaniel Noble Gannet, Hearst and Clear Channel. Prior to Admine.com Wayne served as Director of Business Club Director Development for Proxicom (PXCM) an Internet consulting and development company. Wayne joined the company pre-IPO and was directly responsible for developing consistent business development practice for the organization. Prior to Proxicom Wayne was National Director of Business Development for Deloitte where he helped initiate the concept of an independent business development function within a �big five� professional services firm. Before joining Deloitte, Wayne spent a decade with the Hill-Rom Company (HI) serving in a number of roles including Director of Cynthia Van National Accounts, Regional Sales Director and Senior Account Executive. Hill-Rom is the world�s Veckhoven largest manufacturer of patient room equipment and is a leader in the worldwide healthcare Treasurer community. He began his career with Kraft, Inc. as a marketing manager and sales professional. But before he took on �corporate America,� Wayne found success as a restaurateur. His New Orleans Emporium in Washington, D.C. was written up as one of the best new restaurants in America. Ashvin P. Vibhakar Wayne currently resides in Little Rock, Arkansas with his wife Toni. Wayne serves on the board of Club Director the University of Arkansas Little Rock. Wayne volunteers as Vice President of the board iTN Southern Delaware and is an Organizer/Mentor for the Kaufman Foundation�s Million Cups program. He was a member of the Greater Washington Board of Trade, Northern Virginia Jason Chacko Technology Council and was inducted as a lifetime member of Kiwanis International in 2006 for his Interact Club Sponsor fundraising efforts for children. He has taught Entrepreneurship as an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland and was a recipient of the Governor�s Service Award for the State of Virginia for his efforts as a board member of the Washington Regional Alcohol Program helping to reduce impaired driving. With a unique experience in design, technology, & entrepreneurship, Uday founded BOND.AI in 2016. Uday was Christian O'Neal recognized as an International Innovator by the New York Service Projects Chair corporation & has presented at various international conferences such as 2020, IBM Tech Talks, Paris Fintech Forum, Finovate, American Banker & more.
