I am writing in response to your request for an internal review in your email of 17/06/2015 of the response / information provided to you on same under Freedom of Information Act 2000 and Environmental Information Regulations 2004.

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Council's handling of my FOI request 'Section 106 Funding/ Town Centre Regeneration Project/Consultant Fees'.

Further to our phone call today I'm requesting an internal review. Could you please clarify your figures as this appears to only cover the money from "Linden Wates Homes Ltd", I've figures from the following developments that appear not to have been included:

The breakdown of the monies allocated so far is: • Grampian, - £230,948.37 • Road – £ 1,716,339.49 (Figure included as part of first answer ) • Park Farm, – £246,511.02 • Great Totease Farm, - £9,887.84 • Sandpits, Uckfield - £306,417.46 Source: TCR Project- 26 Feb 2015- https://www.facebook.com/pages/TCR- project/1577870625777808?fref=ts

The relevant legal agreements are the following to the best of my knowledge:

Response by Wealden District Council (WDC) – internal review

The internal review was conducted by Roger Bates Administration & Technology Manager at WDC. The reviewer has used the mechanism of the Council’s complaints procedure but has applied the Freedom of Information Act and Environmental Information Regulations legislation and Codes of Practice to his decision. This is his response:

“Thank you for your email. I (Roger Bates) have undertaken a review of the Council’s response to your request for information under the FOI Act /EIR and I wish to apologise that we did only send part of the picture. This is the full answer to information requested in question 1.

Grampian, Five Ash Down (LA/2007/0003) - £230,948.37

Eastbourne Road (LA/2007/0001) – £ 1,716,339.49

Park Farm, Maresfield (LA/2007/0006) – £246,511.02

Great Totease Farm, Buxted (LA/2010/0009) - £9,887.84

Sandpits, Uckfield (LA/2006/0010) - £306,417.46

PLUS

Eastbourne Road (LA/2007/0001) – £ 77,000.00 for ANPR cameras

Total £2,510,104.18 (£2,587,104.18 including ANPR Cameras)

I rely on an exemption contained in section 21 of the FOIA 2000 not to provide further information of each agreement and associated planning reference because it is reasonably available and assessable on the Council’s website on the S106 monitoring page: http://www.wealden.gov.uk/Wealden/Planning_and_Building_Control/Planning_Development_M anagement/Legal_Agreements/Planning_Legal_Agreements.aspx
