Nix Young Musicians Candy McComb, director; Bill Jernberg, accompanist; Tanya Benson, flute This is my Father’s world, and to my list’ning ears, All nature sings, and round me rings the music of the spheres. This is my Father’s world, I rest me in the thought Of rocks and trees, of skies and seas; his hand the wonders wrought. This is my Father’s world, the birds their carols raise; The morning light, the lily white declare their Maker’s praise. This is my Father’s world, He shines in all that’s fair; In rustling grass I hear him pass, He speaks to me ev’rywhere. This is my Father’s world, O let me not forget That though the wrong seems oft so strong, God is the Ruler yet. This is my Father’s world, why should my heart be sad? The Lord is King! Let heaven ring! God reigns! Let earth be glad! **A Prayer for Peace Trotta Sanctuary Choir Lord, make me an instrument of thy peace. Where there is hatred, let me sow love. Where there is injury, pardon, Lord. Where there is doubt, true faith in you. O Lord, make me an instrument of thy peace. Where there’s despair, let me sow hope. Where there is darkness, only light. Where there is sadness, ever joy. O Lord, make me an instrument of your peace. O Master, grant that I may never seek so much to be consoled, as to console, to be understood, as to understand, to be loved, as to love with all my soul. O Lord, make me an instrument of thy peace. It is in giving that we receive. It is in pardoning that we are pardoned. O Lord, make me an instrument of your peace.
