On our June 9th hike and our June 23rd hikes we were very fortunate to have one of our landowners, Ray & Ann Zywiczynski, invite us to park in their Christmas Tree farm parking lot on Humphries Road. Not only were we allowed to park there but use the restroom, enjoy their beautiful property, and enjoy popcorn after the hike made fresh along with lemonade. Such wonderful landowners to have. For our July 14 and July 28 hikes we were allowed to park at the Holland Speedway (Now Hillside). They are not landowners but just as great to allow us to park there. As this TALES was going to print, our 7th and final hike was occurring on August 11. We met at Middle Road and carpooled to Allen Road. Technically we were now in Sardinia, but this is a nice easy section that was all downhill and a nice place to hike. Thank you to everyone who participated in the 200 Anniversary Hike Series. We hope you enjoyed it as much as we did.
