Subject: Issue of students of Institute of Law

Respected Sir,

This letter is with reference to the problem faced by students enrolled in Bihar Institute of Law, Patna. We are an association which focuses on the welfare of students all over the country. On behalf of these students we would like to raise the issues being faced by them.

The students of Bihar Institute of Law, Patna are facing issues with regard to enrollment. The admission of the student has not been confirmed since last two years. There has been no examination since last two years. The issues with regard to the enrollment and examination initiated when the affiliation of the college was changed from Magadh University to a newly developed Patliputra University. The Patliputra University was denied permission by Bar Council of on ground of failure to make arrangement as required for the Bar Council of India. The students of Bihar Institute of Law were not enrolled with Patliputra University as the university was not having the permission to take admission of law students. The students have been left without enrollment and any examination. The authority of the college is not taking proper action on this issue. The students are requesting the authorities to transfer the affiliation from Patliputra University to Magadh University for the betterment of the students.

The students of Bihar always admire you as a youth leader and a person who has been raising the issues before the authority. We, the Association of Indian students on behalf of them would like to request you to kindly look into the matter. We hope that you will surely come up with a solution to the matter as it concerns the young budding generation of our country.

Thanking you in anticipation

Warm regards,
