    Chef Jennifer Carroll Executive Chef/Partner, Requin Jennifer Carroll is executive chef and partner at Requin, a seafood-focused French Mediterranean restaurant in Fairfax, Va. with a second location set to open in Washington, D.C. in partnership with chef/restaurateur Mike Isabella.
