VENUE
The Aquatic Palace was built in 2015, in occasion of 1st European Games. During the Games it hosted all aquatic discipline competitions. It was also home for the 4th Islamic Solidarity Games in 2017, as well as the 15th European Youth Olympic Festival in 2019. Aquatic Palace is one of the largest sports complexes in Europe. The complex has 5 swimming pools (3 indoors and 2 outdoors), a 2500-square-meter fitness center, beach sports grounds, mini-football grounds and a go-kart center. Thanks to unique spectrum of facilities, Aquatic Palace became popular place for having sport camps for different sports. Number of national teams and clubs from different sports and different countries had have their preseason and pre-competition trainings with great success. Their successful performance at top world competitions is part of our success.

POOL Indoor swimming pool (20 x 25m, 6m depth) SPECIFICATION Water temperature: 28°C ORGANIZATION & - Event is organized by the Artistic Swimming sport club «Aquatic Palace» in REGULATIONS cooperation with the Azerbaijan Swimming Federation. -The competition will be performed according to the FINA Artistic Swimming rules and regulations, as well as official regulation of this competition.
COMPETITION Competition program – Figures FORMAT Each competitor may perform only in one age group!!!
Competition program – Solo / Duet / Mixed Duet / Group / Combi - Time limit for deck movements is 10 seconds. - For allotted time limit there are an allowance of fifteen (15) seconds less or plus. - Athletes from different age groups who take part in duets, groups and combi have the right to compete in that age category, in which the oldest athlete is. - Time limit for the deck walk-on is 30 seconds, cannot be exceeded.
It's allowed to participate in figures and routines separately.
Results for participation in figures and routines will not be summed up.

Award All participants will be awarded with memorable gifts and certificates. Awarding in figures and routines will proceed separately by age groups with medals and diplomas.
INTERNATIONAL The invited participating federations must pay for the International travel costs of their TRANSPORTATION delegation members. LOCAL The LOC will organize shuttle buses from Airport to the Hotel and back. Also during TRANSPORTATION competition days shuttle buses will be organized from Official Hotel to the Competition Venue (training venue is within the competition venue) and back (if accommodation booked through LOC).
VISA To obtain e-Visa is taking 3 (three) working days. e-Visa applications can be created for an individual, for a family (minimum of 2 and maximum of 10 persons) or for a group (minimum of 10 and maximum of 300 persons).
The necessary data required for the e-Visa should be entered directly into the system. The fee for the e-Visa is paid electronically via the system (currently it is about $25) The e-Visa is sent to the e-mail address of an applicant. All necessary information you can find on the official web-site https://evisa.gov.az/en/ INSURANCE Each participant is fully responsible for her health condition and must have medical insurance.
ACCREDITATION Accreditation cards will be distributed at the Accreditation Centre situated at the Competition Venue upon arrival of the delegations.
