The Coaches

Elizabeth Tuico is a veteran marketing professional and movement motivator. Under the umbrella of Rebel Road Creative, Elizabeth explores marketing opportunities, workshops and wellness initiatives. For more than 25 years, Elizabeth has worked with architects, engineers and general contractors providing marketing, communications and business development services.

Elizabeth discovered the power of a holistically nourishing life in her 20s. She has maintained a journaling and meditation practice for decades, focused on gratitude and self-knowledge. An active member of her community, Elizabeth balances self-care, regard for others, and the need to be alone! In 2011, she began leading fitness classes, and trained with renowned yoga masters , Eoin Finn, Ana Forrest, and Donna Farhi. She also holds several certifications from Peak Pilates.

Elizabeth earned a bachelor’s degree in art history from Boston College and a master’s degree in history from The Johns Hopkins University.

Joanna Hoffschneider brings her first career in teaching and training and her second in business development and marketing to her work in strategy, professional development, and executive coaching through Resolute Consulting LLC.

Joanna has built a reputation for incisive analysis and respectful candor, listening for the signal through the noise and helping her clients make meaningful change. An expat-Brit who grew up in the Far East, Joanna’s multi-cultural point of view and natural curiosity allow her to make connections and provide perspective that create meaningful “aha!” moments.

Joanna earned her bachelor’s degree in English Literature with a minor in Sociology from the University of Leeds. She holds her Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language for Adults (TEFLA) from the British Council and is an Accredited Learning Environments Planner (ALEP).
