Full Year 2013 Results - Record Performance • Concert Attendance Up 19% - Total Ticketmaster 400 Million Fans Delivering Over $17 Billion GTV • 900 Million Fans Visit Ticketmaster, Creating User Database of 250 Million Fan Preferences • Revenue Up 11% to $6.5 Billion • AOI Increased 10% to $505 Million • Moved to Profitability in Operating Income off $140 Million • Reported Net Income Improved by $120 Million TO OUR STOCKHOLDERS: 2013 Results We had a record year in 2013 and are well positioned for continued growth in 2014 and beyond. During 2013, we further grew our unmatched concerts global fan base by 10 million fans, attracting almost 60 million fans to our concerts. This tremendous growth fueled our sponsorship and ticketing businesses with Ticketmaster managing nearly 4400 million total tickets in 2013. Combined, we delivered a record year for revenue, AOI and free cash flow. Our results demonstrate the effectiveness of our business model, establishing Live Nation as what we believe to be the number one player in each of our businesses, with concerts driving our flywheel, which is then monetized across our high margin on-site, sponsorship and ticketing businesses. Strong Fan Demand for Live Events We continue to see the tremendous power of live events, with strong global consumer demand. Research shows that live events are a high priority for discretionary spending, and over 80% of our fans surveyed indicate that they plan on attending the same or more events in 2014 as in 2013. Another sign of the strength of our business is that 85% of Live Nation’s fan growth came organically, from our promoting more shows in amphitheaters, arenas and stadiums; from launching new festivals; and from establishing operatioons in new markets. -

INTRODUCTION On March 5, 1985, Jane Bradley Pettit—along with her husband, Lloyd Pettit—announced that she was going to pay for the construction of a new sports arena, the Bradley Center, and donate it to the people of the State of Wisconsin so that they could enjoy and benefit from a state-of-the-art sports facility.1 The announcement was met with much enthusiasm, appreciation, and even marvel due to Mrs. Pettit’s incredible generosity.2 But few, if any, seemed to fully understand and appreciate how unique and extraordinary Mrs. Pettit’s gift was and would become. This lack of awareness was due to at least a few contextual factors. CRANKING UP ‘THE AMP’ BY LISA WHITE UPGRADES, REBRANDING DESIGNED TO FURTHER HEIGHTEN PROFILE OF ST. AUGUSTINE AMPHITHEATRE AND PONTE VEDRA CONCERT HALL . Amphitheatre kicked o its main-stage concert season March 1 with a sold-out show by Alabama, guests at the Florida venue couldn’t help but notice the changes. The 4,000-seat facility had been expanded by 700 seats, and a new food truck area provided fresh local options beyond the traditional concession stands. “We sell out a lot of our shows quickly, so we knew the demand was Athere and the ability to bring in bigger acts,” said Gabe Pellicer, assistant director of the venue and the adjacent Ponte Vedra Concert Hall, about the new seats. “We knew we had a lot of momentum, so we went for it.” The changes coincide with a rebranding for what’s now being called The Amp St. Augustine, including new graphics and brand colors and a fresh tagline — “Big Acts, Small Venue” — that echoes Pellicer’s words. The rebranding eorts are among a continuing eort to create a nationally known venue in a small market. “We felt like we ran into a fork in the road,” Pellicer said. “Do we create more revenue, more shows or a better experience? We’re a government-run venue that doesn’t have to chase prots, so we decided to make it the best we possibly could.” Owned and operated by the cultural events division of St. Johns County, The Amp hosts over 40 concerts and multiple community events annually, including the Saturday Farmers Market, held year-round, and the Sing Out Loud Festival, Florida’s largest free live entertainment festival and benet, held every weekend in September.
