Those published in this table, are provisionally designated as falling under the provisions of Appendix 1 Category 1 of the Ordinance relative to the Exclusion, Removal, Retirement and Others from Public Office (Cabinet and Ministry of Home Affairs Ordinance No, 1 of 1947), in accordance with the provisions of the proviso to Article 5 paragraph 1 of the said Ordinance as well as of Article 7-(2) paragraph 1 of the Ordinance relating to the Exclusion, Retirement, Resignation, etc. in respect to Public Offices (Imperial Ordinance No. 1 of 1947), under the Ordinance concerning the Orders to be issued in Consequence of the Acceptance of the Potsdam Declaration (Imperial Ordinance No. 542 of 1945). No provisional notification shall be made to each person. 2. Those who are published in this table and find any error concerning the reason for provisional designation, may submit an objection accompanied with two copies (both in Japanese and English texts) of their Questionnaires to the Prime Minister within thirty days from February 7, 1950. The written objection shall be of two copies. 3. This table is to be most widely made public. TheToffice of a city, ward, town or village shall placard, upon receipt of this official report, the said table. This table shall be placarded at least for a month and shall, upon receipt of the next official report, be replaced by a new one. The old report which is replaced, shall not be destroyed, but be preserved at the office of the city, ward, town or village, in order that it may serve for the public perusal. 4.
