Blaydon Road and Patshull Avenue remains problematic areas and officers have increased patrols in the area in an attempt to identify the people responsible. If you have information on who is riding these bikes or where they are currently being stored then please contact a member of the team or alternatively you can contact Crime Stoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111. Drug Dealing: The team continues to gather intelligence in relation to the distribution of cannabis and class “A” drugs on the Dovecotes and Rakegate Estates. Bushbury North Anti-social Behaviour Wood Lane and The Woodbine public house: For a number of months the team have received several reports of Anti-Social behaviour in and around Wood Lane. The complaints consist of groups of males and females congregating in the bus stops and intimidating local residents .The team has increased patrols in the area in an attempt to identify the persons responsible and will take further actions against any person committing offences. Bushbury South and Low Hill Speeding Bushbury Lane, Second and Fourth Avenue: Officers have been made aware of issues with speeding vehicles along Bushbury Lane and also Second and Fourth Avenue, Low Hill. Officers have been and will continue to complete future Community Speed Watch operations. If you have a location that may benefit from a Community Speed Watch or would like to get involved, then please contact a member of the team. Drug Dealing: The team continues to gather intelligence in relation to the cultivation and distribution of cannabis and class “A” drugs in the Low Hill area. Drug dealing remains a priority for the team and we continue to take positive action against the people responsible. Fallings Park Long Knowle park, Blackwood Avenue: We have recently seen an increase in reported Anti-Social Behaviour in and around the park on the Long Knowle estate, mainly in the park area - we swiftly conducted additional patrols and identified a number of youths that were potentially responsible. We have now spoken to a number of them in partnerships with the City of Wolverhampton Council and Wolverhampton Homes. This has resulted in a number of the youths being issued with ‘Acceptable Behaviour Contracts’ which could ultimately impact on further civil interventions being taken against them.
