Blaydon Road and Patshull Avenue remains problematic areas and officers have increased patrols in the area in an attempt to identify the people responsible. If you have information on who is riding these bikes or where they are currently being stored then please contact a member of the team or alternatively you can contact Crime Stoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111. Drug Dealing: The team continues to gather intelligence in relation to the distribution of cannabis and class “A” drugs on the Dovecotes and Rakegate Estates. If you have any information regarding drugs offences then please contact a member of the team or alternatively you can contact Crime Stoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111. Bushbury North Anti-social Behaviour Wood Lane and The Woodbine public house: For a number of months the team have received several reports of Anti-Social behaviour in and around Wood Lane. The complaints consist of groups of males and females congregating in the bus stops and intimidating local residents .The team has increased patrols in the area in an attempt to identify the persons responsible and will take further actions against any person committing offences. If you have any information regarding this, then please contact a member of the team or alternatively you can contact Crime Stoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111. Bushbury South and Low Hill Speeding Bushbury Lane, Second and Fourth Avenue: Officers have been made aware of issues with speeding vehicles along Bushbury Lane and also Second and Fourth Avenue, Low Hill. Officers have been and will continue to complete future Community Speed Watch operations. If you have a location that may benefit from a Community Speed Watch or would like to get involved, then please contact a member of the team. Drug Dealing: The team continues to gather intelligence in relation to the cultivation and distribution of cannabis and class “A” drugs in the Low Hill area. Drug dealing remains a priority for the team and we continue to take positive action against the people responsible. Fallings Park Long Knowle park, Blackwood Avenue: We have recently seen an increase in reported Anti-Social Behaviour in and around the park on the Long Knowle estate, mainly in the park area - we swiftly conducted additional patrols and identified a number of youths that were potentially responsible. We have now spoken to a number of them in partnerships with the City of Wolverhampton Council and Wolverhampton Homes. This has resulted in a number of the youths being issued with ‘Acceptable Behaviour Contracts’ which could ultimately impact on further civil interventions being taken against them. If you’d like to speak to your tenancy officer about a specific issue its best to call them and make an appointment, our tenancy officers carry out lots of visits during the day and may not always be available to meet you without an appointment. Right to Buy 1. How many council housing units have been sold under the Right to Buy 'additional sales' scheme (i.e. subject to the one-for-one additions policy) since the start of 2012/13? Reading page 8 of the additional sales scheme document it says that the expected additional sales (following the new legislation) was calculated using the HMT self financing model. Without access to this information, certain assumptions have been made: Prior to the new legislation the City of Wolverhampton sold 51 properties in the financial year 2010/11 and 60 in 2011/12. Since 1st April 2012 up until 31st March 2017 we sold 997 properties – an average of around 199 properties per financial year. Therefore it is estimated that the Council is selling approximately 150 extra properties per financial year since the increase of the discount cap. 2. How many council housing units have been 'started on site' or acquired under the one- for-one additions policy as replacements for units sold under the additional sales scheme since the start of 2012/13? 66 properties It should be noticed that the development of these properties was not necessarily reliant on or as a result of the funding through the one-for-one additions policy. 3.
