The registrant provided consulting services which consisted of monitoring and evaluating various issues and advising JPC Strategies, LLC and the government of the Kingdom of Morocco on the components of a government affairs and legislative plan and the appropriate strategy necessary to achieve the goals of such a plan.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Republic of Somaliland
