BID4Leeds is the name given to the partnership run by Leeds BID Limited, which has been established as a not-for-profit company to act as the BID Proposer to create a Business Improvement District (BID) for investing in the city centre of Leeds. WHAT IS A BID? A BID is a business-led partnership that enables coordinated investment in the management and marketing of a commercial area. Governed by legislation to ensure fairness and transparency, a BID is created for a five year period following a successful ballot.
