THE MEN OF BEYOND GLORY BEYOND GLORY is...”...an unsparingly direct portrait of men at war, pushed into narrow IN ORDER OF PORTRAYAL corners and faced with hard choices. It is also one of the richest, most complex pieces of John William Finn acting I’ve seen in my theater-going life.” - Terry Teachout, Wall Street Journal Lieutenant, U.S. Navy BEYOND GLORY is...”remarkable poignancy in STEPHEN LANG’s stirring examination of Clarence Sasser Specialist 5th Class, U.S. Army the lives of 8 men who received the MEDAL OF HONOR for their bravery in World War Lewis Millett II, Korea, and Vietnam.” - Michael Kuchwara, Associated Press Captain; U.S. Army BEYOND GLORY is...”With his chiseled physique, commanding square jaw, and sharp James Bond Stockdale Rear Admiral, U.S. Navy buzz cut, MR. LANG might almost seem to be carved from a block of granite. But he individualizes each of the eight portraits here with precision and economy, becoming Nicky Daniel Bacon Staff Sergeant, U.S. Army a new man by a subtle adjustment of posture that alters his physical presence, evoking a new personality through the coloring of his voice. BEYOND GLORY is really beyond Hector Albert Cafferata Private, U.S. Marine Corps Reserve reproach in its no-frills treatment to the material” - Charles Isherwood, New York Times Vernon J.
