Ronice Barlow Ronice Barlow is Senior Vice President, Head of Strategic Planning & Business Development for Franklin Templeton Investments. Ronice also oversees the advisory retail division in Canada. As a 23-year industry veteran, Ronice specializes in developing and implementing innovative distribution strategies.

Ron Campbell Ron is Executive Vice President for The Seminole Companies, a financial services firm that originates and manages real estate portfolios for pension fund clients. Previously, Ron was in sports and entertainment and held the position of EVP and CFO for the Detroit Pistons of the NBA (1984 – 1999) and President of the Hockey Club (1999 – 2008).

Hollis Cavner Hollis is CEO of ProLinks Sports since 1992 which manages multiple PGA TOUR Events Nationwide. Board Member of the First Tee Open at Pebble Beach since 2012. He serves as agent of record for Sports Marketing for many Fortune 500 companies including Allianz, 3M, Nature Valley and Valspar.

Greg Duss Greg is a Managing Partner with the Producers Digital Network. He was previously in executive roles with Dell, AT&T, National Pen and Gibson Guitar. Among Greg’s skill and expertise are Strategy, Marketing, Sales, Operations and Finance leadership.

Jim Eisch Jim is Chief Operating Officer at Pinch A Penny, Inc. Before coming to Pinch A Penny in 1992, Jim spent nine years at KPMG in Tampa where he was an Audit Senior Manager.

Chip Falk Chip Falk, Market President of BB&T Bank for North Pinellas and Pasco/Hernando. Graduated from UCF in 1988, been in the Tampa Bay market as a commercial banker for over 26 years. Sits on various boards including Copperhead Charities, Clearwater Chamber of Commerce and Pasco Economic Development Council.

Mark Fitzpatrick Mark is a Vice President at Sun Trust Bank. His role is as a “Medical Specialist” in the residential mortgage department, serving physicians in their various financing needs including buying or refinancing their new home. Among Mark’s skill and expertise are Mortgage Lending, Loan Origination and Mortgage Banking.

Shon Flaharty Shon is a CFP, AIF and the founder of Flaharty Asset Management. Flaharty Asset Management is a Registered Investment Advisory Firm where they analyze and manage their clients various financial assets. They also provide financial planning and investment services to their clients in a completely conflict free and unbiased manner.

Ashley Fox Ashley is President at Ambrosia Designs. With a background in sales and marketing, Ashley partnered with her sister, who specializes in creative designed headbands. Her background includes Division Marketing Manager at Campbell Soup, Regional Manager at Sara Lee and Sales Rep at Kraft Foods.

Tom Gates Tom is currently the President of his consulting firm. He served in the US Air Force during the Vietnam era. He subsequently retired from the Department of Justice thereafter spending 15 years in the corporate business world. He has served on several charitable boards over the course of 30 years primarily supporting veterans.

Doug Graska Doug has been a resident of the Tampa Bay area for 58 years and is a Wealth Advisor for UBS in their Clearwater office since 1992. He is one of a small number of UBS Advisors who have earned the designation of “Wealth Advisor.” Doug joined the Copperheads in 2004 and currently serves as Membership Chair. Doug’s service to the community includes many membership and leadership roles over the past 40 years.

Tod Leiweke Tod has spent 30 seasons in professional sports, and since 2010 he has been Chief Executive Officer of Tampa Bay Sports and Entertainment including the Tampa Bay Lightning, the Tampa Bay Storm and Amalie Arena. Leiweke has led the Lightning’s transformation off the ice which has resulted in the more than doubling of the team’s season ticket base while vastly increasing its footprint in the community. Leiweke spearheaded a privately funded $42 million renovation of Amalie Arena including a $5 million high-definition center-hung scoreboard, the largest in the US and Canada. Tod was previously CEO of the Seahawks and Vulcan Sports & Entertainment for 7 years, also overseeing all aspects of the . Over the years, he has received many awards of excellence for his leadership and accomplishments. He is a native of St. Louis, Missouri and he and his wife, Tara, and their two children reside in South Tampa.

Larry Morgan Larry is Immediate Past General Chairman of Copperhead Charities, Inc. Larry is the Chief Executive Officer of Morgan Family Ventures, a high growth group of companies spanning multiple industries. They include Morgan Auto Group with 13 franchised dealerships located from Gainesville to Sarasota, ComPark75, Highway Safety Devises, Beth Ingram & Associates, Integrity Therapy Solutions, Morgan Construction Management and Creative Sign Designs. Larry serves as a member of the Board of Directors of USAmeriBank and is a Board Member of SunTrust Bank of Tampa Bay. As an active member of the community, Larry is Past Chairman of BayCare Health Systems, Past Chairman of Copperhead Charities dba Valspar Championship, a Member of the Board of Directors of the Florida Council on Economic Education and Past Chairman of The Florida Automobile Dealers Association.

John Mosher John is the Wealth Management, Business & Estate Advisor representing 100+ local Advisors for the Northwestern Mutual of Greater Tampa Bay. Les Muma Les is the General Chairman of Copperhead Charities, Inc. Les, a USF graduate, retired in 2006 from Fiserv, Inc., a Fortune 500 Company that provides products and services to the financial industry, a company that he co-founded in 1984. Les and his wife Pam, returned to the Tampa Bay Area after Les’s retirement and spend the majority of their time with a wide range of philanthropic activities including, among others, the University of South Florida, Tampa General Hospital, Junior Achievement of West Central Florida and the Moffitt Cancer Center.

Bruce Murphy Bruce is the Lead Managing Director/Shareholder in the Assurance Group of CBIZ MHM, LLC & Mayer Hoffman McCann P.C. Prior to joining the practice in 1992, Bruce spent eight years in public accounting with KPMG LLP in their Tampa, St. Petersburg and Clearwater offices. Bruce had extensive experience with all aspects of audit, review, compilation and business advisory services. In particular, significant experience with SEC reporting and initial public offerings. Bruce has a broad range of industry experience including extensive work with manufacturing, distribution, retailing, health care clients, as well as working with several restaurant groups.

He is Partner in The Madeira Group at Morgan Stanley, a boutique group inside one of the world’s largest financial firms.

Joe Varner Joseph H. Varner, III, is a partner with Holland & Knight and is a distinguished trial lawyer. He has tried cases ranging from wrongful death to $300 million unfair competition disputes to patent infringement. He has a wide range of experience including jury and bench trials in state and federal court, as well as arbitration proceedings. He is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer and a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers, and has been named one of the Top 10 lawyers in Florida by Florida SuperLawyers. Mr. Varner is in the Florida Trend Legal Elite Hall of Fame, is named in Best Lawyers in America in Commercial Litigation and Bet-the-Company Litigation, is named in Chambers U.S.A., and is a past recipient of the HCBA Trial Lawyers Section Michael A. Fogarty In The Trenches Award. He graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1983 and has practiced in the Tampa area since then. Mr. Varner is the Practice Group Leader for the firm’s Tampa litigation group, and he also serves on the firm’s Directors Committee.

Doug Wollard Doug Wollard recently retired after 40 plus years of leadership in athletics and education. He served as the Director of Intercollegiate Athletics at the University of South Florida for a decade. He oversaw the transition of USF into the Big East Conference. Doug oversaw a state of the art facilities project at USF, which included a complete renovation of the Sun Dome, new football, basketball and golf practice facilities. Also new competition stadiums for baseball, softball and soccer that included a wellness and nutrition-dining center. Prior to relocating to Tampa, Doug was Director of Intercollegiate Athletics at St. Louis University.
