Approx. 7 KLD of the waste water will be generated from laborers which will be discharged to septic tank that will be cleaned regularly. During Operation Phase: Approx. 652 kg/ day of solid waste will be generated from the motel during the operational phase. Out of ​ which, 261 kg/day of biodegradable waste will be treated in Organic Waste Converter to get converted to manure. 196 kg/day of recyclable waste and 196 kg/day of plastic waste will be sent to authorised recycler. Waste water (Sewage- 217 KLD ; Laundry wastewater- 8 KLD) will be generated from the complex.

EPCA asked Transport Department to inform the progress. Transport Department informed that smart cards have been issued to owners of about 38000 TSRs. EPCA stated that it had recommended that it should be done by 31st March 2010 therefore Transport Department should at least decide a timeframe to complete this and issue a public notice in this regard. Transport Department also informed that it has been noticed that one person is coming for issuance of up to 10 smart cards in his name at a time.
