This guide serves as a resource to connect youth, their families and the community to the youth-serving programs available in New Orleans. Our youth deserve every opportunity to learn, grow and lead, and this directory will help them make informed decisions about which programs are best suited for them. The New Orleans Youth Alliance (NOYA) is the youth development intermediary for the Greater New Orleans area. NOYA works to cultivate a system of high-quality, well-resourced youth development organizations that center youth leadership and racial equity in their work with young people.
