SIX DIMENSION STRATEGY AS A BASIS OF BANKING STANDARD CONTRACT Wulanmas Frederik1 Abstract Indonesia banking based on Article 4 of Act No.10, 1998, aims at supporting the implementation of national development in order to improve equity, economic growth and national stability in the direction of improving people’s welfare. Therefore, to show how important is banking role in supporting the implementation of development, the 6 (six) Strategic Dimensions as the foundation of Banking Standards Contract are: (1). Prudent Banking Supervision and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in banking activities, (2). Refunctionalization the principle of Contract Law in Banking Standards Contract, (3). Ethics Value in Business, (4). The Act No. 8, 1999 on Consumer Protection, (5). Enforcement of Human Rights Principles in banking activities, (6). Abuse of Circumstances implementations (Misbruik van Omstandigheden) in banking Contract. Based on the 6 (six) Strategic Dimension as the foundation of Banking Standard Contract, it will undoubtedly create justice, equity and assurance of the rights and obligations of the parties framed in the contractual and law bonds. Keywords: Banking, Contract, Dimension, Foundation I. Introduction Economic conditions frequently used as a source of consideration in putting progress strata of a state turn into disarray because of the swift current of change sweeping and striking the structure of Indonesian life so that the entire aspects of social orders almost shift to ind a new substance according to the challenges and opportunities ahead. It is unknown how long banking community is beaten by the boredom of waiting period for expecting the reality of improved concept of standard contract as the basic framework used as a frame in a business relationship between Debtor and Bank as a creditor, so the assurance of rights and obligations of parties become clear and detailed.

Recent Developments In Indonesia, the brutal killing of three UNHCR staff members in Atambua, West Timor, on 6 September 2000 was a shock to UNHCR and the international com- munity and a tragic illustration of the difficult security environment in which staff were working to protect and assist East Timorese refugees. After the murders, all UN staff were evacuated from West Timor and activities suspended. On 8 September, the UN Security Council adopted resolution 1319, condemning the murders and insist- ing that the Government of Indonesia take a number of concrete steps to improve the security situation in the refugee camps. UNHCR’s return to West Timor and the resumption of operations will be contingent upon the achievement of non-negotiable benchmarks communicated formally to the Government. These include the arrest and prosecution of those responsible for the murders, disarmament, disbanding and removal of the militias from the refugee camps; and the restoration of law and order in West Timor. UNHCR maintains a dialogue with the Government, notably on its Comprehensive Plan of Action for East Timorese Refugees, which was developed in July. This dialogue continues on the clear understanding that UNHCR will not resume its activities in West Timor until the above-mentioned benchmarks have been East Asia fully met. From 11 to 16 November, the Office participated in a Security Council mission to Indonesia (including visits to camps in West Timor) and East Timor, intended to assess the Government’s follow-up to resolution 1319. At the time of writing, UNHCR had not yet taken a decision to resume operations in West Timor.

In 2015, CO concentration was572.760 µg/Nm3, while in 2016, CO concentration was 798.690 µg/ Nm3. This research aims at identifying the differences of carbon monoxide concentration in Bundaran HI based on time. It used cross-sectional design with anova test as statistical analysis. This research was conducted onApril – June 2017. The results of univariate analysis found that vehicles passing Bundaran HI in the morning at the average was 2364 units, in the afternoon 1793 units and in the evening 2806 units with the mean level of carbon monoxide in the morning was 32217.5 µg/Nm3, in the afternoon 30072 µg/Nm3 an in the evening 33770,5 µg/Nm3. The results of bivariate analysis using ANOVA test show that there were differences in carbon monoxide (CO) concentration in Bundaran HI (Sudirman) based on sample collection time wherep < 0.05. It can be concluded that CO concentration in Bundaran HI (Sudirman) is high and it is suggested that people should use the public transportation, the government should provide counseling and promoting health, using the standard euro 4, and revitalization of the vehicle over 20 years.

In order to carry out this assessment it is necessary to have a method to know the environmental condition of the road. In the relation to the roadside environmental problems, the planner should be know the environmental condition of each road section or road side, such as which roadside have bad environmental condition. This is very useful for planning and improving purpose. This paper describes the method of evaluating the environmental condition of road through the comparison of each roadside. To support this evaluating works, the preference analysis method were developed is used to find the designated output. Through this evaluation method, the ranking of roadside in relation to the environmental condition is proposed. The ranking is presented from the roadside with bad environmental condition this micro level presentation is then practicable and enormously useful for further inspire in roadside environmental evaluation. Sabua Vol.5, No.2: 87-95 Agustus 2013 ISSN 2085-7020 HASIL PENELITIAN PENGARUH PASAR TRADISIONAL KAROMBASAN TERHADAP KINERJA JALAN ARNOLD MONONUTU DI KOTA MANADO Wahyuni Eka Putri1, James Timboeleng2, Andy Malik3 & Esli D. Takumansang4 1Mahasiswa S1 Program Studi Perencanaan Wilayah & Kota Universitas Sam Ratulangi Manado 1Staf Pengajar Jurusan Sipil, Universitas Sam Ratulangi Manado 2 &,3Staf Pengajar Jurusan Arsitektur, Universitas Sam Ratulangi Manado Abstrak.
