The fi rst Condors game at the Rabobank Arena was Oct. 23, 1998 when Bakersfi eld defeated the Idaho Steelheads 4-3 in a shootout. Seating Capacity - 8,401 for Condors games Accessibility – Wheelchair and mobility impaired seating is available at all events. Those purchasing wheelchair seating may purchase one (1) wheelchair seat and one (1) attendant seat. Any additional seats must be purchased in the regular seating areas. First Aid – First aid is located behind section 114/115 on the concourse level. Fully trained EMTs are present for all Arena events. Smoking – The smoking area is located outside the doors behind sect. 114/115. Lost and Found – During events, any recovered items can be picked up at guest services at the main doors. Post event lost and found is at the security desk located at the loading dock entrance on the south side. You can contact security at 661-852-7391. Parking – Located south of the facilities on N Street. The parking fee for most events is $5 vehicles, $10 Limos, $15 Busses. Will Call – Located at the main box offi ce. Will Call tickets are available 90 minutes prior to the start time of the event. CONDORS TICKET INFO The Condors off er diff erent types of season ticket packages, group discounts and fundraising opportunities. To secure your seat or fi nd out more information contact the Condors ticket department at 661-324-PUCK (7825) or log onto www.bakersfi eldcondors.com. Individual tickets for all Condors games are processed through TicketMas- ter. There are no refunds or exchanges on any tickets unless a game has been canceled. In Person - The Rabobank Arena box offi ce is open Monday-Friday, 10 a.m to 6 p.m. and Saturdays 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The box offi ce is open on game days from 10 a.m. until the end of the fi rst period. By Telephone - Charge by phone through TicketMaster at (800) 745-3000. Group Sales - Special group rates are available for 10-or-more people. Call the Condors at 324-PUCK (7825) for more information. BAKERSFIELD CONDORS EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT The Edmonton Oilers and Rexall Sports Corp. announced the purchase of the Bakersfi eld Condors on Jan. 23, Owner 2014, making the Condors the only ECHL club wholly owned by a National Hockey League franchise. The Condors join the Oilers organization, which also includes the Western Hockey League’s Edmonton Oil Edmonton Oilers Kings and the American Hockey League’s Oklahoma City Barons. REXALL SPORTS CORP Rexall Sports Corp was founded by Daryl Katz in 1990 and is headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta. The Katz Group is one of Canada’s largest privately owned companies with operations in pharmacy, sports and entertain- ment, and real estate development. In addition to the company’s North American pharmacy operations, the Katz Group, under the direction of Katz Entertainment, owns the Edmonton Oilers of the NHL, the Edmonton Oil Kings of the WHL, the Oklahoma City Barons of the AHL, the Edmonton Capitals Baseball Club and now the Bakersfi eld Condors of the ECHL. EDMONTON OILERS Members of the Pacifi c Division of the Western Conference, the Edmonton Oilers Hockey Club is the main sports and entertainment entity of the Katz Group. President & COO: Patrick LaForge President of Hockey Operations: Kevin Lowe General Manager: Craig MacTavish Head Coach: Dallas Eakins BUSINESS HIGHLIGHTS • The Oilers have had over 300 consecutive sellouts at Rexall Place (16,839 seating capacity). • The Oilers will play at Rogers Place in 2016, the new downtown arena being built by the City of Edmonton and the Katz Group. • Oilers partners include Molson Canadian, Rogers, Ford, Scotiabank and the Rexall Family of Pharmacies. HOCKEY HIGHLIGHTS • The Oilers are fi ve-time Stanley Cup champions, winning in 1984, 1985, 1987, 1988 and 1990. • There are seven former Oilers players in the Hockey Hall of Fame. • Wayne Gretzky started his career with the Oilers, playing from 1979 – 1988, and still holds the record for leading point-scorer in NHL history. • The Oilers made history on November 22, 2003 when they hosted the Heritage Classic, the fi rst regular season outdoor NHL game. DEVELOPMENT SYSTEM • Rexall Sports Corp has a strong player development system that is based on a coordinated approach between the NHL, AHL and ECHL. • The Oilers Player Development Department works with all professional players in the organization using an Individualized Development Plan (IDP) • Rexall Sports Corp also has a strong coaching development system, collaborating with coaches from all levels. BIOS Daryl Katz – Daryl Katz is the Chairman and Chief Executive Offi cer of The Katz Group, which he founded in 1990. He was instrumental in securing a new downtown arena for the Oilers and has committed to operating the building and keeping the Oilers in Edmonton for a minimum of 35 years. Patrick LaForge – Patrick LaForge is the President and Chief Operating Offi cer of Rexall Sports Corp. Founded on his lengthy experience with leading sports and enter- tainment organizations, Patrick has enjoyed many signifi cant highlights since joining the Oilers in 2000. President Riley, 45, is responsible for the growth and development of Bakersfi eld Sports Entertainment. Riley is the vice chairman for the ECHL Board of Governors Executive Committee, and also a part of the Marketing/Properties Committee. Under his guidance, the Condors Matthew Riley have attracted more than 200,000 fans in 11 of their 14 years of existence and will surpass the 3 million mark in attendance in the 2011- 12 season. Riley joined the organization late in 1997, when they were named the Bakersfi eld Fog, to execute the transition from the Bakersfi eld Convention Center to Bakersfi eld Centennial Garden (now known as Rabobank Arena). He took charge of the Condors in July of 1998, and in his fi rst season as General Manager, the Condors were named the West Coast Hockey League Organization of the Year. In his second season he was named the WCHL Executive of the Year. His title was expanded to include Team President in 2001; meanwhile the Condors won ten WCHL awards in fi ve seasons under his leadership. During the summer of 2002, Riley was named the Acting Commissioner of the West Coast Hockey League, and he played a large role in the transition to the ECHL as well as closing down WCHL operations. With Riley at the helm, the Condors have won eight ECHL front offi ce awards in the last eight seasons, most recently including the ECHL Award of Excellence (2010-11) and two selections for the ECHL Marketing Award of Excellence (2010 & 2008). He also claimed his second Executive of the Year nod in 2006-07. The Condors have raised more than $4.3 million for charitable organizations in Kern County during the last 12 years. Riley also played an integral role in the start up of the Las Vegas Wranglers in the ECHL. The Keokuk, Iowa, native has previously served as the Executive Director of the Mobile (AL) BayBears Baseball Club, the class-AA Southern League affi liate of the San Diego Padres, and was integral in the construction of Hank Aaron Stadium, their home park. Dur- ing their inaugural season in 1997, the BayBears led the Southern League in attendance, and Riley was the Southern League nominee for the National Association’s Larry MacPhail Promotional Trophy. He also served as General Manager with the Mobile BaySharks Baseball Club, Assistant General Manager of the Chattanooga (TN) Lookouts (Southern League) and interned for the St. Louis Cardi- nals Baseball Club. Riley is a graduate of Nebraska Wesleyan University with a degree in communications. He earned a master’s degree in sport management from the United States Sports Academy in Daphne, Alabama. Riley serves on the Board of Directors for the American Red Cross Kern County Chapter, and is also very active with Bakersfi eld Northwest Baseball and the Bakersfi eld Ice Sports Center youth hockey program. He and his wife, Teri, reside in Bakersfi eld with their son, Landon.

    BRIDGEPORT SOUND TIGERS: COACHES BIOS BRENT THOMPSON - HEAD COACH Brent Thompson is in his seventh season as head coach of the Bridgeport Sound Tigers, which also marks his ninth year in the New York Islanders organization. Thompson was originally hired to coach the Sound Tigers on June 28, 2011 and led the team to a division title in 2011-12 before being named assistant South Division coach of the Islanders for two seasons (2012-14). On May 2, 2014, the Islanders announced Thompson would return to his role as head coach of the Sound Tigers. He is 246-203-50 in 499 career regular-season games as Bridgeport's head coach. Thompson became the Sound Tigers' all-time winningest head coach on Jan. 28, 2017, passing Jack Capuano with his 134th career victory. Prior to his time in Bridgeport, Thompson served as head coach of the Alaska Aces (ECHL) for two years (2009-11), winning the Kelly Cup Championship in 2011. During his two seasons as head coach in Alaska, Thompson amassed a record of 83- 50-11 and won the John Brophy Award as ECHL Coach of the Year in 2011 after leading the team to a record of 47-22-3. Thompson also served as a player/coach with the CHL’s Colorado Eagles in 2003-04 and was an assistant with the AHL’s Peoria Rivermen from 2005-09. Before joining the coaching ranks, Thompson enjoyed a 14-year professional playing career from 1991-2005, which included 121 NHL games and more than 900 professional contests. The Calgary, AB native was originally drafted by the Los Angeles Kings in the second round (39th overall) of the 1989 NHL Entry Draft.
