 The hours will be agreed at 22 to the needs of the community centre – this involves weekend work and evening work.

 As this post is ESIF funded it is subject to the contract remaining in place.

 Ensure a high level of engagement and support between HWCC, College and CLLD Keighley partners to implement structured programmes that support the development of volunteers

 Produce accurate and timely reports for the CLLD Monitoring Officer and LAG team, along with any other adhoc or periodic management information as needed

 The Community Link Worker is primarily responsible for the promotion, coordination, organisation and delivery of Community Led Local Development [CLLD] activity at Hainworth Wood Community Centre [HWCC]. Support Trustees in the development, management, administration, and promotion of services and wider activities at HWCC. Develop community partnerships through mutual collaboration. This post will involve flexible working patterns and may include evenings and weekend working.

 to promote the aims, objectives and values of HWCC Management Committee  to coordinate current projects and to establish additional services in accordance with community need & CLLD outputs  to provide effective management of the day to day administration of the charity; this will include; acting as a key holder for HWCC premises including maintenance of the databases, support of volunteers, arranging DBS checks and overseeing the implementation policies and procedures.
