PRIDE COACH SETH TIERNEY: Hofstra Men’s Lacrosse Coach 2007 HOFSTRA MEN’S LACROSSE Seth Tierney is in his first season with the Pride. Only the fifth head HOFSTRA PRIDE (4-5, 2-2) coach in the program’s history, Tierney came back to Hofstra after a six year stint at Johns Hopkins University, the last two years as at associate head coach. As the Blue Jays offensive coordinator, he was #14 TOWSON TIGERS (7-3, 4-0) the architect of one of the most potent and explosive offenses in the Saturday, April 14, 2007 – 1:00 p.m. nation in recent years. LACROSSE SCHEDULE & RESULTS In 2006, Hopkins posted a 9-5 record, advanced to the NCAA Championship quarterfinals, and ranked in the top 15 in the country in four statistical categories. A total of 21 Blue Jay midfielders and February (Opp. Rank - Opp. - HU Rank) Result attackmen earned All-America honors during Tierney's tenure in 24 #9 MASSACHUSETTS (#18) 8-6 W Homewood.
