Glebe Farm Barn- Prior Approval Consent from East Lindsey District Council was granted on 9th October 2015, application number S/094/01410/15 for a proposed change of use from an agricultural building to a single residential dwelling. The purchaser must agree the final design of the conversion with the planning authority prior to commencement of works and in accordance with the Decision Notice. Alterations to the roofline must be agreed with the Planning Officer.
