A MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT OF BELLA TOURS
Thank you to all that attended our Open House in September and who visited us at the many senior citizen fairs we attended over the last few months. It was great to see many familiar faces and meet some new people! Our hope is that everyone comes along on some of our tours and treats themselves to some fun while allowing us to pamper you as you deserve!
Please review what we have left this fall and join in on the fun! We still have seats available on all trips. It is never too early or late to reserve your seat(s)!! We have included our list of trips for 2020 and a few for 2021 in this newsletter.
Thanks, as always, to all the wonderful people that travel with us – we look forward to seeing you in our travels soon! We truly enjoy making your “Bella Experience” a grand one!

CANCELLATION OF TOURS – PLEASE READ If you are interested in ANY tour, please make sure to get your name(s) on the list for that trip ASAP. We require a minimum of 25 people to make any tour go. This year we had numerous trips cancel (more than usual). Many travelers did not reserve their seats in a timely fashion, only to find many called AFTER we had cancelled the tour. Some of these trips could have gone, had we known earlier others were interested.
We DO NOT like cancelling tours any more than our travelers like having them cancelled. We try very hard to advertise all tours on social media, mailings, our newsletters, our website, newspaper ads, etc. to “get the word out”. We do not want to discourage people from traveling with us in the future because trips have cancelled. Bella wants them to go as much as you do!
We can only encourage people to get their names on your tour choice, so we meet our minimum! Keep in mind, if we are forced to cancel, all monies are refundable or transferrable to another tour!

All four tours in 2019 were successful! Bella Tours is once again partnering with the Town of Clay Senior Center (TOC) in 2020! The Town is contributing towards the cost of the bus on specific tours, making our travelers price even better!! You DO NOT have to be a resident of the town; however, you WILL need to fill out a required waiver form to attend the scheduled tours. These forms are available at Bella Tours office. This is a wonderful opportunity for ALL to save a little money and enjoy a day away!
