Limerick Same 18 1,2 Dog Breeding Establishment Act 2010 Standard Conditions 1.Establishment to be operated at all times strictly in accordance with the requirements of the 39 Dog Breeding Establishments Act 2010 and the Dog Breeding Establisments Guidelines 2018. 40 2. Breeding and Sales Records are to be maintained as per attached template. 3. HUNT CLUBS ONLY Each hound on the premises shall be identified by means of tattoo and registered on your Hunt Club Register, or, 41 alternatively implanted with a micro-chip. This is a requirement of the Dog Breeding Establishment Act 2010. Important Note: Under the requirements of the Microchipping of Dogs Regulations 2015 (S.I. 63 of 2015) all dogs over 12 weeks of age are 42 now required to be micro-chipped and registered on an approved database. 43 4. Heat lamps to be provided as discussed on day of inspection. 44 5. All pups to be micro-chipped on or before 8 weeks of age or before leaving the premises 6. An adequate number of purpose built kennels, with impervious flooring shall be provided withing 12 months of issue of this certificate and by 45 dd/mm/yyyy 7. Records relating to all retired breeding bitches and stud dogs to be maintained to include microchip number, date of disposal and 46 name/address of the receiver. 47 8.
