Election Season is Upon Us The PMCPOA election season continues, and the candidate registration list is being finalized. As per the association’s Election Policy and Procedures, at the April meeting of the board of directors, the board will proofread and approve the draft election packet and draft ballot as prepared by the Inspector of Elections and authorized in bylaw 8.08. Once the packet is approved, the corporate secretary directs and super- vises the printing of the packet, and sets printing deadlines to en- sure the mailing takes place no less than thirty (30) days prior to the annual meeting of the members date as stated in the bylaws.
