The NJTPA is solely responsible for its contents. ii Abstract The Warren County Transportation Plan helps provide a vision for the County’s future. The Plan was completed by reviewing previous studies and recommendations, analyzing existing conditions, and conducting a scenario planning process utilizing population, employment, and industrial land use development projects.
