From the Planning Meeting A number of ideas came up at the planning meeting on Saturday, 5 November 2016, including (but not limited to): Tour of Emory Motorsports in North Hollywood, probably in February to see—among other things—the 356SL that took Porsche’s 1st class win at Le Mans in 1951 The Progressive Dinner will be back—probably Spring of 2017. After Breakfast Meeting Tour to Mt. We’ll meet at the Jones’ compound in Covina at 9:30 AM then take in some scenery on the way to Rancho de Philo’s annual sherry sale. Winemakers Alan & Janine Tibbets recently announced they’ll be open 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM from 12 to 20 November 2016: Rancho de Philo 909.987.4208 10050 Wilson Avenue Alta Loma, CA 91737-2314 The 2016 blend will be $ 28.95/bottle and the multiple award-winning2 2015 blend will be $ 38.95/bottle. You can also learn a lot about making, storing, and enjoying sherry. At the beginning of the annual sale, they usual have some entertainment. We’ll have route instructions from Covina to Rancho de Philo at the start in Covina.
