Zorg dat u het bovenstaande adres goed intoetst in uw navigatie. De garage is gelegen tussenin twee grote gebouwen. Wegwerkzaamheden Zie onderstaande link voor meer informatie over eventuele wegwerkzaamheden in de omgeving; http://www.eindhoven.nl/stad/verkeer-vervoer/Bereikbaarheid-Eindhoven.htm Vanuit de richtingen Venlo/Maastricht Vanuit Venlo houdt u op de A67 na ongeveer 48 kilometer rechts aan richting Randweg N2. Op het knooppunt Leenderheide neemt u na ruim 600 meter de eerste afslag op de rotonde richting Centrum Tongelre. Vanuit Maastricht houdt u rechts aan op het knooppunt Kruisdonk (A2). Na ongeveer 78 kilometer rechts aanhouden richting Randweg N2. Vanuit beide richtingen rijdt u nu naar de Leenderweg. Vervolgens neemt u de tweede afslag op de rotonde. Op het tweede kruispunt gaat u linksaf. U bevindt zich nu in de Dr. Schaepmanlaan. Deze weg blijft u volgen tot het derde kruispunt. Hier gaat u linksaf naar de Willemstraat en vervolgens de eerste straat rechts naar de Sint Antoniusstraat. Deze gaat over in de Frederiklaan. Parkeren – Parkeergarage Philips Stadion P1 Op de Frederiklaan slaat u na 500 meter rechtsaf naar de Anton Philipslaan (tussen twee flatgebouwen in). Vervolgens kunt u links de parkeergarage inrijden. Alle gasten kunnen de auto parkeren op verdieping -3. Via de lift komt u direct uit voor het Philips Stadion aan de Westzijde, vanuit daar loopt u rechtsom het stadion heen naar hoofdingang 8. Let op: parkeerhoogte is 2.10 meter. Vanuit de richtingen Rotterdam/Tilburg Bij knooppunt De Baars rechts aanhouden om op de A58 te blijven. Op het knooppunt Batadorp links aanhouden en de randweg (N2) volgen naar Waalre/Veldhoven. Vervolgens neemt u de afslag Centrum/Strijp (afslag 30). Bij de rotonde neemt u de eerste afslag. Ga vervolgens bij de stoplichten links. U bevindt zich nu in de Strijpsestraat, die over gaat in de Frederiklaan. Vanuit de richting Amsterdam/'s-Hertogenbosch Op de A2 bij knooppunt Vught links aanhouden naar de A2. Na ongeveer 23 kilometer rechts aanhouden richting de randweg Eindhoven (A58/A2). Bij knooppunt Ekkerswijer rechts aanhouden richting Randweg Maastricht/Venlo. Daarna op het knooppunt Batadorp links aanhouden en de randweg (N2) volgen naar Waalre/Veldhoven. Vervolgens neemt u de afslag Centrum/Strijp (afslag 30). Bij de rotonde neemt u de eerste afslag. Ga vervolgens bij de stoplichten links. U bevindt zich nu in de Strijpsestraat, die over gaat in de Frederiklaan. Met de auto vanuit Turnhout/Antwerpen (A67) Op de A67 volgt u bij knooppunt De Hogt de Randweg Eindhoven (N2). Neem de afslag naar Veldhoven (afslag 31) en ga vervolgens bij de stoplichten linksaf de Noord-Brabantlaan op. U rijdt deze weg af tot u op een kruispunt komt met aan de rechterkant het Evoluon (UFO-vorm). Hier gaat u bij de stoplichten rechtsaf en vervolgens bij de rotonde rechterdoor. Bij de eerstvolgende stoplichten gaat u linksaf de Strijpsestraat in. Deze gaat over in de Frederiklaan. Vanuit de richtingen Turnhout/Antwerpen Houd richting 's-Hertogenbosch/Amsterdam (A2) aan. Neem afslag 31 Veldhoven en ga vervolgens bij de stoplichten linksaf de Noord Brabantlaan op. U rijdt deze weg af tot u op een kruispunt komt met aan de rechterkant het Evoluon (UFO-vorm). Hier gaat u bij de stoplichten rechtsaf en vervolgens bij de rotonde rechtdoor. Bij de eerstvolgende stoplichten gaat u linksaf de Strijpsestraat in. Deze gaat over in de Frederiklaan. Parkeren – Parkeergarage Philips Stadion P1 Op de Frederiklaan slaat u na 950 meter linksaf naar de Anton Philipslaan (tussen twee flatgebouwen in). Vervolgens kunt u links de parkeergarage inrijden. U parkeert de auto op verdieping -3. Via de lift komt u direct uit voor het Philips Stadion aan de Westzijde. Vanuit daar loopt u rechtsom het stadion heen naar hoofdingang 8. Let op: parkeerhoogte is 2.10 meter. Vanaf Centraal Station (NS) Eindhoven Volg vanuit de stationshal de richting Centrum. Buiten gaat u naar rechts, richting warenhuis De Bijenkorf. Loop langs De Bijenkorf rechtdoor. Steek bij de stoplichten de Emmasingel over en passeer de Parkeergarage Mathildelaan. Vervolg de weg rechtdoor langs het Politiebureau met het Philips Stadion in zicht. Steek de weg over bij de volgende stoplichten. Vanuit daar loopt u linksom het stadion heen naar hoofdingang 8. .

Aufgrund der erheblichen Einnahmepotenziale moderner Stadien verglichen mit traditionellen Spielstätten, sind Fußballstadien nicht mehr nur emotional aufgeladene, mitunter nostalgische Orte, sondern Ausgangspunkt für die Entwicklung des europäi- schen Fußballs. Allerdings geht mit den Potenzialen moderner Stadien auch ein er- höhtes finanzielles Risiko einher. Oftmals beobachtbare Überkapazitäten und mithin unzureichende Auslastung der Veranstaltungsstätte sind ein augenscheinliches Indiz ökonomischer Ineffizienz und führen im schlimmsten Fall sogar in den finanziellen Ruin. Het stadion is kleiner qua capaciteit en de club heeI het stadion in eigen- dom. Voor het vervolg van dit rapport wordt de situa<e van PSV/ Philips stadion verder buiten beschouwing gelaten. Wel is een verdiepingsslag gemaakt voor Feyenoord/ De Kuip en Ajax/ Amsterdam Arena. Door de structuur en mul<func<onaliteit blijkt de omzet van de Amsterdam Arena fors hoger (166%) dan die van de huidige Kuip. Daarmee stelt de Arena de norm voor de verdere benchmark.
