Despite March 1 at Clemson* 2 p.m. leading for nearly 24 minutes, the Jackets couldn’t walk away with the victory, falling 46-43 to the Scarlet Knights. The March 4-8 at ACC Tournament! Tech led at halftime, 26-20, but Rutgers outscored the Jackets in the second half, 26-17, to seal the ^ - Junkanoo Jam (Bimini, Bahamas) comeback victory. # - Big Ten/ACC Challenge & - Coqui Classic (San Juan, Puerto Rico) BIG TEN/ACC CHALLENGE * - ACC Conference Game The Jackets enter the 13th annual Big Ten/ACC Challenge with a 7-5 record in the Challenge, having fallen last season at ! - ACC Tournament (Greensboro, N.C.) Maryland. Tech is 5-1 at home in the Challenge. The Jackets have captured wins over Purdue (H-2017), Illinois (H-2013), Nebraska (H-2011), Northwestern (H-2010), Penn State (2009), Michigan State (H-2008) and Iowa (2007). The annual Challenge is scheduled to be played through the 2026-27 season. JUNKANOO JAM ALL-TOURNAMENT TEAM Junior forward Lorela Cubaj was named to the Junkanoo Jam All-Tournament team after posting a successful tournament. Cubaj finished the tournament with 24 rebounds, 22 points, nine assists, four steals and two blocks. She led the team in rebounding, averaging 12.0 rebounds per game and finished third in scoring.
