At GCW Udhampur we inherited a strong foundation to march and achieve the objectives for a stronger and brighter . In the end, I will say that: "Dream the impossible. Know that you are born in this world to do something wounderful and unique".

Principal Convener's Note

Academic excellence, faculty upgradation, infrastructural addition, strong moral & social progress, co-curricular activities enhancement, recognition on sports front are the few milestones that were to be achieved in the last session. It gives me immense pleasure and pride to proclaim that the College has been able to achieve all these targets in the bygone session. Sometimes we fail to see the good things which we possess, chasing after the Eldorado. It is useless to wait for the right opportunity and resources, it is best to appreciate and do things well now. This is what GCW Udhampur believes in. The purpose is to both support and nurture students. We help them to develop a personal ethical framework that includes self confidence and self knowledge as well as knowledge of the world they live in. The activities performed throught the year have been highlighted just to boost the morale of our students. It is an attempt to bring into records the achievements, success and progress of our institute as well as our young girls. It is hopeful that it will definitely pave a way for them to actively participate in curricular as well as co-curricular activities in near future. Let us give our best to make our institution a modern temple of learning through our diligence, devotion and dedication. Before I sign off, I would like to extend a special word of thanks to our Principal Dr. Youdhvir Singh for constantly motivating and guiding us to work as a team and deliver the best.
