How could we save money while we have a quality life? It is really an important prob- lem we should think about. We have some big parts in our life that we need to pay for. First one, rent. As we know, homestay is really expensive when we study abroad. Students move out after 18 or when they find a share house. In fact, share houses are the best way to save rent. How do we find a good share house? We can check the information on websites like http://www.gumtree.com.au/. This website has lots of information about every- thing, of course including the rent information. We can find some nice houses which are near your school or really easy to get to your school, and also, it is much cheaper than homestay. But a good household is important, careful about those in- formation on the Internet, maybe it is fake, they just want your money. Second, food. This is the most important spending in our general life. Doing the cooking by yourself will much cheaper than have meals in restaurants. Perth's restaurant always are over price, eating home is the best choice. You can do cooking with your friends who live in the same share house, you can eat everything if you can cook it. Then, buy some high quality and inexpensive food also can help you saving money. On Friday afternoon, Saturday afternoon, Sunday afternoon, there will be a very cheap market which selling vegetables and some fruits in Subiaco. If it is possible, go there on Friday afternoon, that time the vegetables are the fresh and good. Also, there is a market will open on Saturday morning, it is lo- cated in Canning Vale, meat, fish, vegetables, both good and cheap. But this is far from Perth City, so may be you need a car, and you need get up early in the morning, one last thing, in Canning Vale, buy more, save more.

Subject: Pill Testing – Russian Roulette as Drug Policy Tragically, the last few months of music festivals repeatedly resembled scenes from a hospital emergency ward, witnessing this season’s highest number of drug related hospitalisations1 and the deaths of predominately young adults ranging from 19 to 25 years-old. In the aftermath of these heart wrenching events, harm reduction advocates have taken to media on mass advocating for pill testing as the next risk minimisation strategy that could potentially save lives. Often, supporters are quick to highlight that pill testing is “not a silver bullet”,2 just one measure among a plethora of strategies. But the metaphor is a false equivocation. Rather, pill testing is more like Russian Roulette. Similar to Russian Roulette, taking psychotropic illicit drugs is a deadly, unpredictable high stakes ‘game’. It’s the reason they’re illegal. There is no ‘safe’ way to play. But arguments and groups supporting pill testing construct this false perception, regardless of how strenuously advocates claim otherwise. Organisations such as STA- SAFE, Unharm, Harm Reduction Australia, the ‘Safer Summer’ campaign all exploit the context of harm and safety within an illicit drug taking culture. To continue the metaphor of Russian Roulette, it’s rather like insisting on testing a ‘bullet’ for velocity or the gun for cleanliness and handing both back. It’s pointless. The bullet might not kill at first, but the odds increase exponentially after each attempt.

In late 2011 album number three, From Here To Anywhere, arrived, the title referencing its creation in hotel suites, planes, and studios around the world from here (Sydney) to just about everywhere (London, Paris, Ibiza, Moscow). Accolades from critics around the world flowed: MTV called it “an incredible effort”, Rave magazine Brisbane deemed it “a minor pop masterpiece”, and Sydney’s Daily Telegraph said it’s “a delicious feast of world class dance‐pop songs”. A nomination in the prestigious 2012 International DJ Awards in the Live Performance category underscored their escalating international reputation. In the swirling midst of albums and tours, Connie lent her vocals and lyrics to albums from superstars Jay‐Z, Kanye West and Snoop Dogg, and in 2013 she was a guest mentor on Australia’s biggest TV show, The Voice.

    The Australian (illicit) drug policy timeline: 1985-2019 The Australian (illicit) drug policy timeline provides a list of key events, policy and legislative changes that have occurred in Australia between 1985 and 31 December 2019. Events are listed by jurisdiction, at the federal and state/ territory level. The first table includes events at the federal level. Events in the state and territories are split into two parts. The second table includes events from the Australian Capital Territory, Queensland, New South Wales and the Northern Territory. Events from South Australia, Tasmania, Victoria and Western Australia are listed in the third table. The timeline will continue to be updated bi-annually.
