Dear Norman Youth Baseball and Softball Supporter,

Our 2016 Spring season is just around the corner and we hope you will join us in showing support for youth baseball and fast pitch softball here in the City of Norman!

This season we anticipate enrolling over 1,500 boys and girls ages 4 to 14 years of age from the City of Norman and surrounding communities! In an effort to promote your business or organization we are inviting you show your support through Dugout Banners. By displaying your banner along a dugout, your information will be viewed consistently by all those in attendance before, during, and after each game Monday through Friday evening from early April through the middle of June. In addition to a banner, we will provide a link to your business from our website. As an added bonus, depending on where your banner is placed you will be providing much appreciated shade from the sun for players.

Enclosed are three sets of documents:  Sponsorship Form  Dugout Banner Samples  Maps of Reaves Park and Griffin Fields (dugouts highlighted in yellow).

On the Sponsorship Form, please fill out your business or organization’s information, indicate the appropriate banner option, and specify which field dugout(s) you would like us to display your banner. Because dugouts will be assigned on a first-come/first-serve basis, please list a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd preference. Once the form is completed you can either scan/email it to [email protected], fax it to 405-366-5470, mail it in, or drop it off along with a check made payable to NPR to the address listed below:

For the banner, please email your logo as an JPEG or PDF to [email protected]. For our website, please send your logo to the same email address as a JPEG.

The deadline to submit your sponsorship is Friday, March 4, 2016.
