See white dot on map of Sakurahorikiri. There are lots of floors, at least 5, with lots of stationary and regular origami-paper, but also kusudama-cord and lots of other interesting stuff. Maar ook kusudama-draad en veel meer interessant spul. 100 YEN SHOPS You can find them everywhere in Japan. All the products cost 105 Yen (5% Tax). From Gloves to origami-paper, from Yoghurt to stationary. As long as the price is the same. All stores have a different collection. Je komt ze overal tegen in Japan. Alle artikelen kosten 105 Yen (5% BTW). Van handschoenen tot origamipapier, van joghurt tot kantoorartikelen. Als de prijs maar hetzelfde is. Alle winkels hebben een ander assortiment. A4 you can buy directly, bigger sheets have to be ordered and you can pick them up 1 to 5 days later. Witte winkel met laden in de muren en voorbeelden in tafels. Meest effen of met een werkje. A4 is direct mee te nemen, grote vellen moeten besteld worden en duren 1 tot 5 dagen. A wonderful gallery, and a beautiful shop with lots of paper and also some very good books. Please let yourself known to Mr. Kobayashi. He's a wonderful person and loves to demonstrate some of his folds to you. There's also a factory where they make/paint paper. You can visit this area. He makes and sells a paper I like very much. It's red (or green, blue, purple..) on one side and silver (or gold, copper) on the other side, a kind of thick foil. I make my Tzummarum out of it. Het huis van Kobayashi Sensei. Een prachtige tentoonstelling, en een mooie winkel met veel paper en ook wat erg goede boeken. Stel jezelf voor aan Mr. Kobayashi. Hij is een fijn mens en houdt ervan zijn kunsten te demonstreren.Er is ook een productieruimte waar ze papier maken/verven. Je kan deze ruimte bezoeken. Hij maakt en verkoopt papier waar ik erg van houd. Het is rood (of groen, blauw, paars...) aan de ene en zilver (of goud, koper) aan de andere kant, een soort dikke folie. The shop is not big, but the front is made of glass and you can see lots of folded origami from the street. Here you can buy pre- fabricated packages in different sizes, and also some big sheet but not much. Lots of it, and against wholesale prices. Really a Mekka for the paperfolder. Take something you've folded yourself to be put in the exhibition! Groothandel in origami-papier. Hier kun je vierkante pakjes kopen in diverse maten, en ook wat grotere vellen maar niet veel.
