It sets out a number of issues which need to be monitored; issues which need to be addressed through an appropriate Marketing Strategy; issues concerning the delivery of the phased public realm proposals, improvements to Public Open Space and improvements to ginnels and green routes. In all cases, the Forum will seek to progress these matters with appropriate partners. NB Plan numbers relate to plans in the submitted Plan. 1. Monitoring The Forum will seek to monitor the progress of the Town Centre in meeting the objectives of the Plan and maintain a dialogue with the Council and other groups to this end. Early attention will be given to the following: (a) Site D (Plan 6 on page 28) – The Old Hospital Site. The Forum will keep this site under review until the CCG and the library, pharmacy and cafe etc proposals are either legally committed to be implemented or do not proceed. In the event of the latter, the Forum will press for the site to become a mixed use location (as allocated) reflecting the public consultations. (b) Site E (Plan 6 on page 28) – Leisure Centre Site.
