Assist made. 2:50 pm Officers advised of a female at Walmart that could not locate her car and thought it had been towed. Assist made, vehicle located. 4:03 pm Officers advised of a minor accident in the Walmart parking lot. Report made. May 4, 2021 2:08 am Officers advised of an emergency custody order that needed to be served on a female at the emergency room. Assist made. 9:57 am Officers responded to Community Chiropractic for an animal call compliant of pit bull puppies in the street. Owner was contacted and they will try to keep them secure. Assist made. 2:37 pm Officer responded to a residence on Seventh Ave for a report of possible fraud involving the complainant having sent a check. RMS offense report was made. 9:01 pm Officers responded to a verbal dispute at a residence on S Virginia St. Officer advised water spurting everywhere and need public works to turn off the water to the residence. On- call worker was notified. Assist made. 11:23 pm Officers responded near Faces on N South St for a report of a possible accident. Subject was arrested on charge of DUI and was taken to jail. Female voluntarily agreed to go to emergency room and a courtesy ride was given to the subject. Assist made. 9:10 am Officers responded to KFC for a fire alarm / hold up alarm. Employee on-scene set off alarm when she was entering the store. Alarm set off by accident. 9:54 am Officers and the rescue squad responded to Cash & Carry after a customer reported coming in and finding employee on the floor unconscious. No signs of trauma. Assist made and subject was taken to the emergency room. 10:53 pm Officer out with a suspicious person at Heritage Baptist Church. Assist made. 10:58 pm Officer reporting vandalism at the Subway on Peery Dr. RMS offense report made. 11:08 pm Officers responded to a residence on Sunchase Blvd for a subject having mental/emotional issues. Assist made. May 6, 2021 4:39 am Officers responded to a residence on Plank Rd for a report of a domestic disturbance. Subjects were separated and a male subject was given a ride to Callaway Ln. No enforcement action taken. 7:51 am Officers responded to the Hope Clinic for a burglar alarm activation. False alarm. 8:23 am Officers responded to the Farmville Motel for a sexual assault. Other report made. 2:24 pm Officers served a warrant on an individual at the Police Department. Arrest made. 4:26 pm Officers responded to Shoe Show for a hit and run non-injury crash. Unable to locate. 11:04 pm Officers responded to North Street Press Club for a noise complaint. Officers did not observe any loud noise, some individuals talking on the back patio of business. Clear on arrival. 11:17 pm Officers responded to the 1300 block of Longwood Ave for a domestic disturbance. Advice given. May 7, 2021 9:37 am Officers responded to the 200 block of Callaway Ln for suspicious activity. Caller stated someone had been knocking on his door. Advice given. 10:11 am Officers responded to the 1200 block of Sixth Ave for a domestic disturbance. Advice given. 1:24 pm Officers responded to Walmart for a theft of keys. Item retrieved. Report made. 2:46 pm Officers responded to the 1300 block of Longwood Ave for a domestic disturbance. Male party has left. Advice given. 5:05 pm Officers responded to the Germantown Rd / High St area for a noise complaint. Unfounded. 5:28 pm Officers responded to Valero on S Main St for a non-injury motor vehicle crash. Other report made. 8:03 pm Officers served a warrant on an individual that turned themselves into the Police Department. Arrest made. Page 3 of 4 May 8, 2021 8:44 pm Officers responded to Timberlake Village Apartments for a threat. Subject stated someone was threatening him. Advice given. 10:43 pm Officers responded to Dollar Tree for loitering. Vehicles left the premises. No enforcement action. May 9, 2021 9:44 am Officer responded to a residence on W Osborn Rd in reference to a report of someone having stolen a copper gutter. RMS offense report was made. 5:26 pm Officers responded to an accident on Griffin Blvd in front of CVS. There were no injuries, and the vehicles were towed by Third St Wrecker. Summons and FR300 were issued. 7:45 pm Officers responded to Virginia Credit Union for a burglar alarm. Alarm set off by accident/malfunction. 9:11 pm Officers responded to a residence on Noblin Dr for a welfare check. Contact was made with the subject, and everything is ok. No enforcement action taken. 9:57 pm Officer responded to Fas-Mart on S Main St for a burglar alarm. Officer advised subject had been trying to assault an employee but was no longer on scene when the officer arrived. RMS offense report was made. 10:14 pm Officers responded to a residence on Longwood Ave for a report of suspicious activity. Subject came home and saw someone that appeared to be trying to pick her lock. Suspect left as caller was getting out of her vehicle. Officer checked the area and will patrol during the night. No enforcement action made. 10:30 pm Officer responded to a residence on Parkview Dr for a report of possible narcotics activity. Advice given. Page 4 of 4 .
