I liked that. Although the story often has to give way to the jokes, the jokes are funny, which saves the day. I really began to lose interest in the book. Absolutely loved the set up for this book and how these four talented authors made this into a seamlessly workable story that not only keeps your attention long enough to find out this isn't your usual set up but enticing enough to keep us wanting to know more Individually each of these four bring something to the table and we know it! Each character had plenty of background offered, so it was wonderful to read about such complex people and how their pasts and connections became relevant to events occurring in the present.
