[G.O.Ms. No.143, Agriculture (AM2),17th July 2020, Ý® 2, ê£˜õK, F¼õœÀõ˜ Ý‡´&2051.] No.II(1)/AG/13/2020.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) of Section 9 read with Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1987 (Tamil Nadu Act 27 of 1989), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby declares his intention of excluding the Notifi ed Market areas of Kallakurichi, Chinnaselam, Thiyagathurgam, Ulundurpet, Tirunavalur, Sankarapuram, Mungilturaipattu, Manalurpet regulated markets and Vadakkanandal sub-regulated market from the Notifi ed areas of Villupuram Market Committee. 2. Objection or suggestion which may be received by the Government of Tamil Nadu, within one month from the date of publication of this Notifi cation in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette will be considered by them. 3. Objection or suggestion, if any, should be sent to the Agricultural Production Commissioner and Principal Secretary to Government, Agriculture Department, Secretariat, Chennai-600 009, through the Commissioner of Agricultural Marketing and Agri Business, CIPET Road, Guindy, Chennai-600 032. NOTIFICATION-II [G.O.Ms. No.143, Agriculture (AM2), 17th July 2020, Ý® 2, ê£˜õK, F¼õœÀõ˜ Ý‡´&2051.] No.II(1)/AG/14/2020.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1987, (Tamil Nadu Act 27 of 1989), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby declares his intention of regulating the marketing of Paddy, Groundnut (Pots and Kernals) whole or split, Gingelly or Seasamum Seed or Ellu, Cotton, (Kapas, Lint, Waste), Blackgram (Ulundu) in all forms, Greengram (Pachaippairu) in all forms, Cashewnuts in all forms, Sugarcane Jaggery in all forms (Jaggery Powder, brown sugar, etc.,) Coriander (Dhania Seeds), Turmeric in all forms (bulb in fi nger), Cowpea (Karamani) in all forms, Varagu, Neem Seeds and Cotton seeds in the notifi ed market areas of Kallakurichi, Chinnaselam, Thiyagathurgam, Ulundurpet, Tirunava!ur, Sankarapuram, Mungilturaipattu, Manalurpet regulated markets and Vadakkanandal sub-regulated market in Kallakurichi District.
