2. COMPOSITION

Aqua, Urea, Potassium Thioglycolate, Calcium Hydroxide, Cetearyl Alcohol, Ceteareth-20, PPG-15 Stearyl Ether, Potassium Hydroxid Magnesium Trisilicate, Propylene Glycol, Lithium Magnesium Sodium Silicate, Sodium Gluconate, Paraffinum Liquidum, Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis Oil, Acrylate Copolymer, Hydrated Silica, Silk Amino Acids (Silk Variant Only), Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera Variant Only), BHT, Parfum, Citronellol (Silk Varient Only), Hexyl Cinnama Linalool (Silk Varient Only), Butylphenyl Methylpropional, Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone (Aloe Vera Varient Only), Cl 77891.

3. HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION

Eye Contact Will cause severe irritation.

Skin Contact Prolonged contact may cause chemical burns.

Inhalation Not likely in normal use.

Ingestion Could cause blistering of the mucous mambrane.

4. FIRST- AID MEASURES

Eye Contact Immediately rinse eye for several minutes with plenty of lukewarm water whilst separating the eyelids. Seek medical advice immediately.

Skin Contact Cosmetic product designed to be in contact with the skin. In case of accidental and excess application of the product, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical advice if symptoms persist.

Inhalation Not an anticipated route of exposure

Ingestion Do not induce vomiting. Immediately rinse the mouth with water. Drink one pint (500ml) of water unless there is evidence of burns or difficulty in swallowing. Seek medical advice immediately.

5. FIRE- FIGHTING MEASURES

Specific Dangers: The product is not flammable and will not support combustion, i.e. it will not burn. The following hazardous combustion gases may be formed in the event of a fire: carbon. In case of fire, wear self contained breathing apparatus.

Extinguisher Type : Any fire extinguisher can be used.

6. ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES

See also Sections 8 and 13.

Consumer spillage : Absorb the cream using absorbent material i.e. sand, earth or sawdust and then rinse the affected area with plenty of water or wipe up with a cloth. Rinse hands afterwards with plenty of water.

Handling Read handling and use instructions carefully. See section 15. Storage Store in a cool frost free place out of the reach of children. Protect from sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 40°C. Store preferably between 5°C and 25°C.

Materials to Avoid Do not let product touch any other materials in case of damage or discoloured. If the product is in contact with any household surface clean immediately. Avoid contact with materials which may be attacked by alkalis.

Hazardous Decomposition Products Carbon dioxide and small quantities of sulphur dioxide and dihydrogen sulphide may be produced in the event of a fire.

The composition, packaging and labelling of this Cosmetic Product for supply in the EU is in accordance with council directive 76/768/EEC of 27 July 1976 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to cosmetic products as amended for the 6th time by council directive 93/35/EEC of 14 June 1993.

DIRECTION FOR USE:

- Read precautions before use. - Use in an empty bath or shower in order to avoid spillage on carpet, flooring and clothing. - Gently squeeze the lotion directly onto your skin and replace the cap. - Using your hands smooth an even layer of lotion onto the area you wish to treat ensuring the lotion is thick enough to cover the hairs. - Do not rub in. - Wash your hands immediately after application. - Leave the lotion on your skin for 3 minutes timed with a watch. - Then use the sponge to test a small area. If hair comes easily, remove the rest of the lotion by massaging the skin with the sponge under the shower. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. - The time the lotion takes to work depends on the thickness of the hair. - If the hair doesn't come away, leave the lotion on for a bit longer WITHOUT EXCEEDING 8 MINUTES of total application time and remove as detailed above. - Gently pat skin dry and enjoy smoothness that lasts

PRECAUTIONS: - Clock icon of Max 8 min. - Follow the direction for use. - Veet 3 Minute Hair Removal Lotion has been designed for legs, underarms and bikini line and can be used anywhere but not on the scalp, face, breast, perianal or genital areas. - Do not use on moles, spotty, broken, irritated or sunburnt skin, or on skin which has been shaved in the last 72 hours or which has suffered an adverse reaction to hair removal creams in the past. - If you use this product for the first time, or on a new body part, ALWAYS TEST YOUR SKIN REACTION by applying the Lotion to a small part of the area you wish to treat, following the directions for use. If after 24 hours there is no adverse reaction, continue to use. - If you experience any smarting/tingling feeling during use, remove the lotion immediately and rinse thoroughly with water. If this sensation persists, seek medical advice. - After use, we recommend waiting 24 hours before applying an anti-perspirant, a perfumed product, or sunbathing. - Take care when using this product as bath surface may become slippery. Clean up any spillage immediately. - Always wait 72 hours between applications. - In case of ingestion, consult a doctor immediately and show the outer pack. - Avoid contact with the eyes. - In case of contact with the eyes, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical advice. - Contains alkali. - Contains thioglycolate. - Keep out of reach of children.
