1. FINANCIAL STATEMENTS It is recommended that the financial statements for the month of February 2013 (Exhibit T-1) be accepted and placed on file for audit.

2. INVESTMENTS It is recommended that in accordance with Section 135.14 of the Ohio Revised Code, the interim investments listed in Exhibit T-2 be ratified.
