WELCOME TO THE IRENE RANSOM BRADLEY SCHOOL OF NURSING AT PITTSBURG STATE UNIVERSITY The faculty, staff, and I would like to extend a warm welcome to you. We congratulate you on your decision to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree. Our School of Nursing offers an excellent program of study that can help you attain your personal and professional goals. This handbook has been prepared to facilitate your success in and progress through the nursing program. The purpose is to inform you of the policies and procedures within the school and to make you aware of your rights and responsibilities as a nursing student. You are charged with the responsibility to read, understand and follow all policies and procedures. It is important that you keep your handbook as a reference.
