Openings at the pulp and paper manufacturing facility are labor pool positions used to fill vacancies in manufacturing areas throughout the facility. The rate of pay for these positions is $11.30 per hour during the probation period that is 60 working days from the date of hire. Following satisfactory completion of the probation period, the rate of pay is $17.15 per hour. These positions work 8 or 12 hour rotating shifts in a union manufacturing environment.
