SVE Junior & Young Rider Annual Invitational Team & Individual Competition November 13 & 14 Awards: High Point Team Awards to Training through Third Level and Fourth through FEI Level. High Point Individual Awards at each level. Team Competition: Teams of 3-4, may enter as a team, or be matched with others. Each team member rides 2 tests, lowest score is dropped, remaining scores averaged. Awards for Riders on winning teams and to the COACHES of the winning teams. Individual Competition: Individual rides Test 3 of the Level. Classes for Teams held November 13 & 14, Classes for Individual held November 14. (Scores earned Nov. 14 count towards both an Individual and Team Competitions.) To qualify for the SVE Invitational, earn a score of 61% or better at Test 3 of Level, or FEI test at one SVE Dressage show in the 2021 show season. Invitational competitors receive a commemorative lapel pin. See SVE website for complete rules and information on 2021 Awards Programs. You can print your entry and snail mail entry with a personal check, or pay online with a credit card. If you chose to pay online there is a convenience fee added by EqEntries. (If you chose to print and mail your entry, there is a $10 mailed entry fee.) There is no charge to join EqEntries, create an entry or print an entry. We appreciate your using the preferred entry method. All entries must have a SIGNED FEDERATION AGREEMENT (aka signature page) or entry will be charged a $10 incomplete fee. Qualifying Shows & Finals Hosted by Starr Vaughn Equestrian The LEGIS League is bringing its popular awards program to dressage riders. In 2021, there will be five shows hosting LEGIS League Dressage qualifying classes, culminating with the LEGIS League Dressage Finals. LEGIS League is about fun, recognition, and awards! To Participate: Join LEGIS League by filling out a Rider Registration form and submitting registration fee of $30. This covers the rider and ALL horses that rider competes on. Mail application or submit to show office. Forms available online or at show office. Or, register online at https://legisleague.com/joinlegis.php To Qualify: Show in any Starr Vaughn Dressage show, and earn points by placing in classes. Earn 3 points to qualify for Finals. To Enter: See August prize list for classes. Classes listed are part of the National show. So, you do not need to enter any additional classes to participate. Just enter the 2 required classes to have your scores count. Divisions and Prizes: Training - First Level – Open, Adult Amateur, & Junior/Young Riders Second - Third Level – Open, Adult Amateur, & Junior/Young Riders Fourth - Prix St. George Level – Open, Adult Amateur, & Junior/Young Riders Intermediate I, Intermediate II & Grand Prix Level – Open, Adult Amateur, & Junior/Young Riders All Finals competitors get a welcome gift bag. LEGIS Finals ribbons awarded to the top 5 competi- tors in the specified divisions. Reserve and Champion winners in each division also receive prizes. SHOW HIGHPOINT AWARDS: Divisions: Junior/Young Rider, Adult Amateur and Open. Levels: Introductory & Training Level First to Fourth Level FEI Highpoint scores from Introductory to Fourth Level, excluding Freestyles. FEI Highpoint Scores include PSG, I1, I2 and GP, excluding Freestyles. Starr Vaughn Dressage Reserves the right to add awards to the show. Office Fees: $50.00 Office Fee – required per horse & rider combination $10.00 Mailed Entry Fee - add if entry mailed $50.00 Late fee – if submitted after initial closing date published on prize list Stabling: Stabling is Thursday to Sunday: Portable stalls are $175/show. Permanent stalls are $225/show. 1 bale shavings included. NO REFUNDS ON STALLS. Early Arrival: $40.00 Per day to arrive prior to Thursday. Pre-Arrival Stall prep: $25/stall - horse stall cleaned out and up to 3 bales of pre-purchased shavings bedded prior to arrival. May also use to have a tack stall swept out and clean for your arrival. Shavings: $11.00/bale – include with your entry – orders at show subject to delay of delivery. Please order before arrival. Morning orders will be delivered by noon Hay: $30.00/bale - Specify Grass or Alfalfa Please order before arrival. Morning orders will be delivered by noon Haul-In: $35 per/horse/day Note: haul-in is assessed for all non-stabled horses, competing or not, for every day the horse is on the grounds, including warm- up days. Subject to double the fee if not declared and paid on entry. No haul-in required if boarder at SVE or stabled at SVE during the show. Non-compete: $100 per horse. Must pay either a haul-in fee or stabling and the CDFA and office fees. Fee is per show per horse. Other Show Fees: RV with Hook up: $50/day. Limited spaces. Electrical and water hookups, no sewer. Showers available. Must be on entry form. If using an RV rental service, please indicate on entry day RV to be delivered. Dry Camping: $20/day. No electrical or water. Showers available. Must be on entry form. Add/Change after closing date: $10 per change. Document Service Fee: $25 If entry is lacking documentation, membership or horse recording cards. Incomplete Entry or Inaccurate Info: $25 for inaccurate and incomplete entry. Refund Processing/Scratch prior to close: $50 Refund Processing /Scratch post initial close posted in prize list: $75 deducted from legitimate refunds. See Scratch & Refund policy in full on page 10. Bad Check or Credit Card: $30/per occurrence plus any bank fees charged to show.
