In a Chinatown Like 2 real estate market where developers are consistently trying to cram residents Coal Harbour into 500 square foot apartments, these units offer roughly the same square Collingwood footage but appear significantly more usable because of the creative design Commercial Drive and layout. The 320-unit building is being called the Alumni, which will be the Downtown first of eight buildings that Bosa has planned for Surrey Central City district.
