Balkans Project Lopare Gravity & Surface Geochemistry Data • An ~100m thick sequence of dolomitic sediments with zones of borate and volcanic ash falls is exposed along southern portion of the license. Borate mineral occurs in the form of searlesite (NaBSi5O5(OH)2 up to 9.8% B2O3. • Rio Tinto drilled 5 shallow holes (average 303m depth) in a blind test for trona in 2002 without benefit of gravity geophysics, a similar situation to Valjevo in Serbia. • 2 current holes to drill test Rio Tinto holes Planned PGZ holes entire basin stratigraphy.

Lopare –vegetation anomaly and outcrop of borate mineralization with grades up to 9.98%B2O3

3 TSX.V: PGZ www.panglobalresources.com Balkans Project Valjevo Gravity Data and Drill Results to Date • World class (in size) borate occurrence being outlined.

VBN-9 • Only probertite intersected to date indicating on (429m) edge of large system. VAL-3 • Preserved borates over 6km2 (507m) VBN-8 Jadar with pseudomorphs of borates VBN-5 (414m) Footprint 2 2 VAL-5 over extra 10km (total 16km ). (352m) VBN-7 (244m) • Thickness of preserved borate

(507m) VAL-2 VBN-4 zone ranges from 1.3m to 16.3m. (329m) VBN-1 (525m) • Thickness of total borate zone (607m) VBN-6 (incl. pseudomorphs) from 31.7m VBN-2 VAL-1 VBN-3 (359m) to 67.0m. (500m) (397m) (529m) • Highest grades (8% c/o) from holes VBN-4 and VBN-8 VAL-4 incl.1.6M @ 18.2%B2O3 and 1.0m (205m) @ 17.7% B2O3.

Contains preserved propertite • High Li2O grades up to 18.8m @ Contains pseudomorphs after probertite 0.26%. No direct evidence of mineralization • Initial focus of 2013 drilling to

Rio Tinto drilling (2003) 2kms north east of VBN-4.
