ORDER An amount of Rs. 124.00 lakh (Rupees one crore twenty four lakh) only, is being sub-allotted in favour of Block Health & Family Welfare Samity in different blocks of Paschim Medinipur District for repair of Staff Quarter and Hospital Building of RHjBPHCjPHC of Paschim Medinipur under 13th Finance Commission as per Annex-A. To implement the works the following terms and conditions must be followed.
1. Block Health & Family Welfare Samity will execute the repair work as per vetted plan & estimate. 2. The Utilization Certificate along with physical achievement and photograph of the scheme to be sent to the undersigned after completion of the work. 3. To display the sign board at the sites stating the name of the work, estimated cost involved and name of the funding agency "13th Finance Commission", Paschim Medinipur Zilla Parishad.
