This handbook has been prepared to help you in understanding the purpose and function of our school. Lists of resources have been added to help you obtain answers to questions or concerns you may have. The EUPISD Learning Center is housed at Rudyard Area Schools. The programs are operated by the Eastern Upper Peninsula Intermediate School District. We provide special education programs and services to students from EUPISD local districts. We have six classrooms: two for students with moderate cognitive impairments, one for students with mild cognitive impairments, two for students with emotional impairments, and one early childhood special education classroom. -
