Gary Born Appointed Visiting Professor at School of Law in Beijing

Gary Born, Chair of the International Arbitration Practice Group at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP and the world’s preeminent authority on international commercial arbitration and international litigation, has been appointed a Visiting Professor at Tsinghua University School of Law in Beijing.

Tsinghua University School of Law is a leading institute in legal education and research. With a faculty that includes some of the world’s foremost practitioners and professors, Tsinghua’s Master of Law Program in International Arbitration and Dispute Settlement (IADS) offers both Chinese and foreign students practical and theoretical training in international commercial and investment arbitration, as well as WTO and other dispute settlement methods. Mr. Born also serves as Visiting Professor at National University of Singapore, Associate Professor at School of Transnational Law, lecturer at , and Visiting Professor of Law at the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland. He is the author of International Commercial Arbitration (2nd edition, 2014 Kluwer Law International), which provides the most comprehensive available commentary on all aspects of the international commercial arbitration process. The second edition is available in both hardcover and as an eBook.
