Program Description: TRAIN LIKE A PRO with Training Camp. This is our entry-level adult service, offer- ing a team-based sports conditioning class! All athletes will have the chance to condition through sports-based training specific to baseball, soccer, football, basketball, cycling, and other sports! Even if you haven't played sports in years, this is your chance to get back to your old self! Everything we do at Inspired Powered by ML Strength is based on your ability level- so your health and safety is our #1 concern! Remember- at Inspired Powered by ML Strength we are all athletes no matter what our age or how long we have been off the field, court, or course #TRAINLIKEAPRO.

Owner Background: Dana Cavalea was the Strength and Conditioning Coach of the New York Yankees for 12 years. He got athletes Derek Jeter, Jorge Posada, Andy Pettitte and others to get in the BEST shape during Baseball season... and he continues to work with star athletes in the offseason: Alex Rodriguez, Justin Verlander and Phil Hughes. These athletes trust Dana with their health and fitness routines. They receive the best care in training, rehabilitation, nutrition and massage therapy - and NOW Dana is bringing these all star services to the public with ML Strength & Inspired Powered by ML Strength. *Class will be with one of ours Strength and Conditioning ML Coaches.
