DIRECTIONS From Crediton heading towards Exeter turn left onto the A3072 towards Tiverton. Follow the road until the expiry of the 30mph limit, long right hand bend, half way round the bend turn left signed Creedy Lakes. After 200 yds take the first right for East Village. Follow this road for 5 miles ignoring ROUNDHOUSE BARN all the side roads. Pass through East Village and straight across Stockleigh Cross heading towards Poughill. The entrance to Roundhouse Barn is one mile, the only drive on the left along Hollyford Lane. Alternatively follow M5 leave J27. Turn right onto the North Devon Link Road for about five miles until roundabout signposted for Tiverton (second Tiverton exit) Turn left at this roundabout, then straight over next roundabout, turn right at the second roundabout, straight over third roundabout (Morrisons) turn right at fourth roundabout signposted Witheridge. After 300 yards turn left onto the B3137 signposted Witheridge. After about 5 miles you go through an avenue of beech trees over the road. At the next junction turn left to Crwys Morchard, follow road to T junction, turn right to Pennymoor, travel through Pennymoor village and bear round to left towards Poughill. At Poughill T junction turn right, bear round to the left after 400 yards. The entrance to Roundhouse Barn is one mile at the bottom of the hill on the right hand side.
